just came back from school and soccer training.
so long didn't go for training.
the first thing we did was warming upand we do our basic.now i lack of stamina because didn't jog for so long.i am not ready for quarter final.i wish training will be twice a week.
I'm so tired to post today.maybe I'm going out later with someone.
